As a Senator in Michigan and elected as the majority leader you are responsible for ending these kind of situations that our Senate is involved in that continue as standard operating procedure. I am sure you understand the embarrassment you will suffer as a result of ending this log jam; however if not ended soon it will only get worse for you. Your Senate colleagues will through you under the bus when the time comes. Take the easy route, and settle this discrepancy as soon as possible, or resign for failure to do so.
